My husband and I have had bad experiences with other car dealerships, leaving us a bit leery when it is time to purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Harris was very helpful and friendly on the phone which gave us th dealerships, leaving us a bit leery when it is time to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone at this dealership was outstanding. Our salesman, the numbers man, and the business manager treated us wonderfully. It was definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had in purcha salesman, the numbers man, and the business manager treated us wonderfully. At this time I also chose to rate this dealership with a perfect score.From the moment we arrived at the dealership we were met by Ted Powell, The salesman and were made to feel like we were home. Both my wife and myself kept waiting for the moment that we felt like we were being pushed into a deal and that never happened.We did step up in the vehicle that we bought and changed to a car that cost more than the one that they wanted to sell us. That was my choice .Every question that we asked was answered to our satisfaction. We decided on a car and we met with kenny the finance mgr. Here we go I thought. My credit was not that good and we could not get financed. To make a long story short Kenny came up with a figure that was not to our liking., He left for a minute and came back with a figure and interest rate that we could live with.The rates were explained to us as well as the terms of the loan and we accepted them. There was not a time when things were not explained to us. Then we met with sue who did the contracts and it happened again she was great. how could she not be great after all she owned labs (dogs) and we have 9 dogs. Sue again explained everything. We left with a good feeling for the dealership. More

I chose to give this dealership a perfect score! Everything & everyone was great. From the moment we got there, we were greeted with kindness & knowledge. Tim was a HUGE help in everything. My husband & I were not quite sure exactly what we wanted besides wanting a truck. Tim was patient & helped us with every little question we had & we had a ton of questions. Tim helped us narrow exactly what we wanted & right in our price range. I have been to other dealerships & the sales people tried to pressure me & tried to make me spend way more than I was comfortable with. Not Tim, he actually listened to us. We didn't feel like we were just a "sale." Everyone we dealt with including the two people in the financing department were friendly & not once did we feel the least bit uncomfortable. When we got to financing, everything was just a we had been told. The whole process was smooth & easy and by the time we were finished we had actually ended up buying two trucks! I would highly recommend this dealership & Tim Totten to anyone. My mom even went to the dealership the next day & traded her car in for a new truck! Thank you to everyone at East TN Nissan! More

We had been looking at cars for a month, and we've been to some great dealerships, but this wasn't what I expected based on Google reviews when I looked up the dealership. I went to the dealer's website a to some great dealerships, but this wasn't what I expected based on Google reviews when I looked up the dealership. I went to the dealer's website and inquired about the specific vehicle straight from the "Get the Victory E-Price." David Harris responded and said that yes, the vehicle was still available and he didn't include an e-price. I let him know we would be leaving right away to come look at it and it was going to take us an hour to get there. He was polite and quickly responded with an appointment time and the address so we could get there. When we arrived, we walked inside and David greeted us. He told us he was going to bring the car around, and in my opinion, knowing we were going to be arriving at a specific time, it should have already been pulled up front. When he brought the car around, it was the wrong car. We told him it was a different Nissan cube, and he informed us that was the only one he had. I corrected him, showing him the print out from the website from which I directly e-mailed him of the Nissan cube we were there to look at. He then remembered that, yes, it was on the front of the lot, and he ran back inside to get that key. He then had us follow him to the front of the lot, and the key wouldn't open the doors. And this is exactly what I mean when I say the car should have already been pulled up and ready to go. Even after returning the key, it took him about 6-7 tries to get the car running from sitting out in the cold. We actually went to another dealership in Oak Ridge, and when we arrived, the salesman was outside waiting on us with the car pulled up to the front, the car on, and the doors open for us. It left a good impression, needless to say, while our visit to ETN did not leave a good impression. Both my husband and I were not overly impressed with David's customer service, but he was polite. We don't want anyone overly sleazy, but even Ray, the finance manager, was much more chatty and interested in talking to us than David. Most dealerships we've been to, the car salesman will typically ask questions, and even though it can be obnoxious at times, at least you feel as though they are interested in trying to assist you. I don't think David asked us one question about ourselves. We tried to negotiate the price down, but they were only willing to drop $200 off of the price since it had just been reduced. I do understand because the car was a really good deal at the price it was at, and I'm in no way faulting them for that. We decided to buy it, really because it was the best deal we could find, so I will say that they do have excellent prices. When we drove to pick up the car, David was nice enough to give us two emergency kits for both of our cars, and I thought that was a nice touch... However, when driving the car home, the gas light came on in the first five miles, and I would have rather had a full tank of gas than an emergency kit. I was really kind of shocked that you can spend $15,000 on a car, and they don't fill up the gas tank. I'm sure this was just our experience, because they do have an overwhelming amount of good reviews. It wasn't the worst experience I've had looking at cars (Carmax), but it certainly wasn't the best (Karns Motor Company). More

The only thing that I did not like about the final contract, was that I got the nissan protection plan up to a 100,000 miles on a car that had 64000 on it already. It was going to cost me $ 9.17 ext contract, was that I got the nissan protection plan up to a 100,000 miles on a car that had 64000 on it already. It was going to cost me $ 9.17 extra on my payments for sixty payments. That would come to $550.20, but instead it cost $2495.00 . That means that I just gave my trade in to them for free. All I have to say is watch out for the protection plan cost. More
