East Tenneessee Nissian were very friendly when I came in about a month ago and traded for a used Infiniti G35s. Unfortunatly, I soon had a serious problem with the engine that couldn't be picked up by a reg about a month ago and traded for a used Infiniti G35s. Unfortunatly, I soon had a serious problem with the engine that couldn't be picked up by a regular service inspection. I promtly contacted Steve Brady and Dustin Back with this issue, and they were very helpfull in helping me getting the Infiniti looked at, and even went as far as to try one of their own solutions to try to fix my car. Nissian has continued to be very helpful in getting my car fixed, and I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a new/used car. More

We located the vehicle via internet, phoned to say we would be coming to look at the vehicle. When we arrived we had a rocky start as they thought we were there to look at a used vehicle instead of a ne would be coming to look at the vehicle. When we arrived we had a rocky start as they thought we were there to look at a used vehicle instead of a new vehicle but once we got that sorted out it was an AMAZING experience. I TOTALLY HATE car shopping and normally just let my husband handle all the in's & out's...all I only want to know is the bottom $. We test drove the vehicle with poor David in the back while we made sure it was THE vehicle we both wanted and could drive comfortably so we REALLY did a test drive. My husband had recently had a bad experience at another dealarship looking at the same vehicle so we knew what we wanted when we walked in, we also knew what we were willing to walk away with it or without depending on the deal. We told David a number we wanted to meet, on the 3rd try we met that number, no arguing, no fussing. He made sure we were comfortable with a beverage and began completing ALL the paper work. Then we were switched into the office of Ray Brewster, the Finance Director. Ray was TERRIFIC, many people don't treat the finance people with respect because they are scared of them only because they are doing their job. Ray made everything simple, answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the financing and the deal. We walked away with an extended warranty & great rate. During our time we met Travis (sorry Travis didn't catch your last name) who also made sure we were comfortable even offering us a slice of pizza. He went & detailed our vehicle and filled it up with gas. The guys there were absolutely the BEST we've worked with. They were all VERY busy but made sure that we knew they were working on our deal and trying to get us satisfied and out of there.
