I met Luis Anguiano, the new General Manager when at the dealership for service on my 2016 Altima (which I purchased at Murfreesboro Nissan 3 hours away) and told him my story. He apologized for my past experiences and told me that east Tn Nissan did not operate in that manner anymore. He asked me to give him a shot when I was ready to purchase another vehicle so I did. I was skeptical but, found a totally different experience and feeling while going through the dealing process. (unlike several times before). very good move by East Tn. Nissan to make Luis Anguiano your new General Manager. I have always been pleased with the service and parts dept. but, now have a renewed faith in the Sales dept. Kandace Santos did a great job with us too. both Luis and Kandace made our experience so that we will return here when we are looking for another new Nissan. More
