I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Moses Ford Inc. in xx. Albans, WV, regarding a recent vehicle order. Upon transitioning my 2023 order to the 2024 Raptor R the day order banks opened Moses Ford Inc. in xx. Albans, WV, regarding a recent vehicle order. Upon transitioning my 2023 order to the 2024 Raptor R the day order banks opened, I was explicitly assured by sales staff and in writing by Michael Ward that the dealership sells all orders at MSRP. Contrary to these clear assurances, I was later blindsided by a demand for a $10,000 markup, which I never agreed to. Efforts to resolve this based on their initial promises were met with resistance. In a distressing turn of events, General Sales Manager Corey Waybright ended our business dealings instead of upholding the dealership's commitment. This unprofessional handling of our agreement has forced me to reconsider my options, including seeking legal counsel. I caution potential customers: the reliability of Moses Ford's commitments is now in question based on my experience. More
