There was no heavy pressure during the initial "look over" of the desired vehicle nor during my question phase prior to settling terms. During the final "paper work" phase, Chip spoke clearly and never "rushed" through any one of the documents. His work space was neat and I was comfortable in that none of my paperwork would be lost or confused with another customer.
