I previously wrote a bad review from this dealership. But in no time at all I was contacted by the MGR of the dealership and the service MGR. (I wish I remembered the names of both MGRs but I don't. The only name I remember is Josh, but not sure witch MGR he was). After being so angry with the group stating that I would not come back, both MGRs jumped on the horn and gave me a call. They truly listened to my complaints,I was really shocked, I really didn't think I would hear from anyone. But I want you to know that I really appreciated the caring of the MGRs at this dealership, they took the time to hear me out and dealt with the issues. Thank you Mr. Moss for hiring compassionate/caring MGRs. More
