very disapointed and angry services sucks my son & I brougth a new car service very poor and the more worst is at finance department took advantage of the hours with spend without any meal and me specia brougth a new car service very poor and the more worst is at finance department took advantage of the hours with spend without any meal and me speciality i did a 5 hours trip for the more big robery on the contract almost $10,000 dllrs added to the contract without any explanation congruent unfortunalety i found out next day after i signed i call rigth away never answer @ the begining only answer machines after i said my name to the operator second all person i spoke all told me they are managers and nothing wrongfinally i sent an email to the supostly owner and i recieved a phone call from other manageri travel to the dealership this weekend to get and explanation and they ignored me the person i contact by phoner never were ther not respect even when my son is a milititary I veteren military too that's never get the discount how they respect this conutry stealing robering money to the clients sucks service never recomended to any one More
I purchased a new scatpack charger 2022 in Smokeshow early Aug that came in damaged from transit. I dropped it off for repairs on Aug 22 after fighting them they wanted to repair in October. Sept 1st they called me to say my car was “ready”. I saw it in the front before I can go in collision center, so i checked it out in a 103 degree weather. I almost passed out from heat and anger. My car was lot more damaged than it was with some stuff that was skipped for repair. They swirled my paint job, rim was scratched, front bumper was n wheel liner was not flush/installed correctly, back bumper was showing black primer marks where other panels meet (paint was ruined), my light tints were taken off, had polishing white residue all over my black trim like front and back air vents and also my grill. This guys admitted that there guys screwed up!!!! I am lucky I had pictures and videos when I first purchased the car and when I dropped it off for those minor transit damage repairs. I also documented how terrible they tried to deliver my car as I explained above. Today Sept 23rd, I get a call that my car might be ready today. I tried contacting Julian aka the General Manager several times on phone or in person since Sept 1st but I cannot get in contact with him. You can feel it that he is dodging me because I left my regards to several employees. My car has 40+ miles added since I dropped it off with a half tank. I’m watching it thru the app. My car was washed and filled up, this is also documented. I am praying for the best when I pick up my car because this has been a nightmare a terrible experience. I should’ve went to DTLA Dodge for my Scatpack. In a couple days it’s my second payment. I pretty much gave $2,000 away!!! I didn’t got to ride my car to make those payments. For my inconvenience all I get from this other guys is “patients it’s going to get fix”. Run away from this San Bernardino Dodge dealership! They forget about you once you sign that contract!! This is my 5 new car and I never had this experience but this place. More
Extremely disappointed with the dealership visit I did on saturday. I had looked for an Hyundai Sonata to purchase from this dealership. As I was not looking to pay for any dealer added fees I made sure they saturday. I had looked for an Hyundai Sonata to purchase from this dealership. As I was not looking to pay for any dealer added fees I made sure they are not charging me anything on the top of the listed price. The representative whom I spoke with confirmed that there wont be any dealer added fees on the used car. So, I decided to drive 60 miles to reach their dealership to test drive. I had to drive again for like 20 mins to reach another location where they had had their vehicle. It was not even ready for test drive. When the vehicle came to me for test drive It was dirty from inside and outside with smoke smell and cigarette ash all around... the cup holders the headliners were dirty and not cleaned. I was surprised how can they keep the car in that condition when the car is on sale for the sale 57 days. I even doubt they might have done the pre-sales inspection and service. And the most annoying part when I reached back their office to talk on the numbers they now introduced the dealer added accessories fees. Why did they even waste my time, gas and effort. Never visit this store if you looking to buy an car ... Quite unprofessional and unwelcoming. More

Customers beware: My recent experience with this dealership will be the last one. Moss Bros was recommended to me by a friend. I called Moss Bros back in March of 2022. I was surprised they brought me right in. 2015 Ram 1500 right in (even on a Saturday) impressive. Moss Bros -Service writer Jorge Estrada was great! My truck was at Moss Bros, from March until June,10 2022 ( WOW). Parts (engine) was under warranty and on backorder. No problem I understood. My lifetime warranty did not pay for a rental car service. (Ouch) This was on me for not reading the fine print.. Lesson Learned. I was notified throughout this repair process. 1. To get permission for a thermostat replacement. New Thermostat part was not covered under the Mopar extended warranty. I approved the part. I asked about labor charge being added since the tech is putting a new crate motor in. Crate motors do not come with this part. That said there should not be a labor charge on this (Double dipping labor charge on top of the warranty that has already paid). Very sketchy..2. Tech found a worn idler tensioner. Service writer stated that part was not covered under warranty. After reading my warranty contract that was found untrue. (Questionable). How many other customers paid for this same repair? 3. 6/3/22 - Good news your truck is running. Bad news the tech (Victor) Scratched your front LH fender. Me (wow) okay how long will this set us back? Adviser 3-4 days.. I was still disputing labor charge from the thermostat charge. Advisor we will take that charge off as well as the part charge.. (thank you). But our tech is losing money due to the warranty pro-rate. Me - I have been losing money daily - for a rental car. Hmm. Overall I am the end user that is taking the biggest hit> $3500.99 Rental car fees for the term of the repair. On 6/10/22- I followed up from open ended call the night before truck was to be completed at the end of the day on 6/9/22. Adviser promised truck would be ready by 2PM on 6/10/22. Great News! Upon my arrival to Moss Bros, my truck was parked in front of the collision center. Buffing compound dust on front bumper still, Hemi badge missing LH fender. RH front light was loose ( missing hardware). I advised Mr. Estrada I had some concerns on the repairs. He addressed the Badging and the loose light. Not the compound- dust that was very obvious. Advisor brought the truck back out of the shop. Parked the truck in front of the service MGR and directors office. Upon getting into my vehicle I noticed my air conditioning was blowing hot air - Truck was at operational temperature. I went back in and reported the issue immediately to the advisor. The tech Victor was walking by and the advisor brought the Moss Bros tech (Victor) over. 6/10/22 - @ around 230- 245PM - Camera should have captured incident- Red Ram 1500. The tech immediately said the truck arrived with no R1234yf in the system. Mind you I drive year around with my windows up and use my ac dailey. (CA). Moss Bros, Victor became Very Agitated at me for questioning his statement approach to the point that a altercation could have happened at anytime. (Great presentation of integrity). Moss Bros - tech Victor, went storming off, Service Advisor did not step in during this dispute noir did any other Moss Bros representative step into to de-escalate Moss Bros tech Victor's temperament to a customer. I made a verbal complaint to: Moss Bros - Dan - service Manager or Director ( Unclear). No responsibility was taken. For the techs actions. More so putting it on the service writer. Not even a sorry for our techs actions. Or even a how can Moss Bros make this right? Advisor- Jorge Estrada. ( stated tech Victor has had previous attitude issues) Truck was recharged - still luke cool not cold.. I will be taken it to another dealer follow up on this... I can’t believe the practices I’ve seen repeatedly from all moss brothers. I understand their are mark ups going on but the salesman went from $9,000 to $12,000 and ended on $15,000. Then had the nerve to all moss brothers. I understand their are mark ups going on but the salesman went from $9,000 to $12,000 and ended on $15,000. Then had the nerve to act like he was doing a favor by only charging $12,000 over. Everywhere else is $4,888 -$7,000. Their commission plan for their salesmen is through the roof which I can understand why people want to work their but how do they sleep at night? Even before this pandemic they had the highest add ons as well. They will do everything they can to make sure to not leave a dollar on the table and take it from your family. I soon as we hear moss we think of xxxx. Four tries over 7 years with moss brothers and every time it’s the worst experience we have out of everywhere we look. More
Good old bait and switch! The Internet had a buy now price of 27k out the door (tax and license and delivered) and after test driving was told that it would be 41k BEFORE tax and license and that it’s M price of 27k out the door (tax and license and delivered) and after test driving was told that it would be 41k BEFORE tax and license and that it’s MY fault I didn’t “read their fine print”. When I told the 2nd manager I was reporting them to the FTC for fraud, he said and I quote “we’ve been investigating before, I’m not worried” I mean if that isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what is. After doing more research, I found out that that the car was listed as NEW, but found out it was a “unwind” and should be posted as “nearly new” but of course they wasn’t posted anywhere either. Scammers! More
