Do not go to this business. the lies they practices to lock you in is ridiculous ! Do not go for there Up sale add on's ($3500) that they say is on every single car on there lot and claim it can't be take lock you in is ridiculous ! Do not go for there Up sale add on's ($3500) that they say is on every single car on there lot and claim it can't be taken off but they can work on the price, after countless time of telling the sales guy NO I don't want add on's and he agreed they will be removed but come back and tell me they can discount the add on that can't be removed cause it's a manufacturer installed and every Honda dealership has it so I agreed to $500 for the accessories instead of the $3500 package and he had it written down on the so call scratch paper, but once going to the finance person I kept questioning and made clear about the add on as he made clear I wasn't getting charged, so as signing paperwork (make sure you see the complete breakdown of accessories and total prices) otherwise you will miss that they added all the so call manufacturers add on's back to the balances! They are quick to tell you after you sign that there's no cooling off period in California now you are stuck ! Now here I am stuck with this xx add on tracking devices of the vehicle, this tape like crap that applied on door edges to prevent paint chips, and an alarm, why do I need there alarm when all cars comes with an alarm from the manufacture (that's how they get u saying the add on is mandatory and all Honda dealerships require it) now that I'm locked in to this crap and pissed off that I was lied too I'm ready to go and now they only have 1 key fob and they can't find the second key fob or owner manual for a brand new 2021 vehicle and wanted to program another key fob to this new car and I refused because I shouldnt have to deal with worrying about who have the missing key and wake up one morning to find out my car was Ramsack or damaged. The sales guy Charles promised to contact me first thing the following morning which he didn't, I had to call customer service and was treated like she didn't want to her my problem and kept cutting me off and said she's transferring me to a manager, well that was xx it was the sale person Charles she transferred me to whom I let have a piece of my mind about the lies and key fob, he pretty much understood my disappointment and he admit the price on the scratch paper we agreed to for the so call manufacture add on was changed once he forward to his manager where they added the regular add on prices back on. He admitted they are not required due to manufacturers requirements after I explained to him will go to other Honda dealerships to compare thats when he admit the management at moss bro pushes to keep the add on's on the cars which causes problems for the sales people and customers trust! Still no 2nd car fob and I told him either get me another brand new car or find the 2nd manufacture key fob I don't want a 3rd key fob Me having 2 and someone else at Moss bro Honda having the lost one along with my address! I call back a few hours later to customer service now this lady listen and promised to connect me to the general manager only to be on hold 10 minutes and now it's the finance person I signed paperwork with and I let him have a piece of my mind too tired of getting everyone except the general manager, the finance person trying to smooth things over but reassuring me that in California there's no cool off period once u signed it's yours (make sure u see the breakdown not just the final numbers) he acknowledge they didn't deliver me whole by not having the 2nd manufacture key fob and offered me what I already told them no I'm not accepting another key fob they can sync to the car while the other key fob is unaccounted for which made me feel will the car be stolen and the xx mandatory tracking device will find it or once my down payment clear my bank the key fob and owner manual will magically appear! Moss bro in Moreno Valley have the entire block from Toyota dealership, dodge, Honda and a couple more moss dealerships on the entire block and if one of there dealership is lying and not giving you what you paid for in a brand new car I'm sure the rest of there dealerships are doing the same ! DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADD ON ($3500 worth) go to another dealership otherwise you will feel like you are being bullied into the add on no matter how many times you say NO and if u break down and take the add on at there so call discount take a picture of the scratch paper otherwise what you negotiated at a lower price will be back up to the original price so look at the breakdown before signing and stay focus cause they distract! Go to another dealership, even if they advertise there cars are lower then other dealerships ! Also they keep running your credit killing your score so you are stuck with them , I was preapproved with a bank and took my offer letter and what I agreed to pay down and they still ran my credit 8 times and the next day I'm still getting alerts that my credit is still being ran. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in car buying when it should have been a great experience for my 18 year old who I was purchasing the car for. And just to think my wife was looking forward to go down and purchase there 2021 CRV but xxxx NO AFTER THE CRAP MOSS BRO PULLED AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE 2nd key fob that comes with the car nor the owner manual that comes with the car that I purchased, How do a brand new 2021 car with 9 miles on it don’t have the most important things and they don’t tell you until you are ready to receive the car ! traded my car in. Everything went fine.. i dropped 4k for a down payment. The car was 14k. My old car was 12k. A deal was made. Tinted windows. Etc etc.. got a letter that financial countered for 16k i put down 4k... thats 21k to honda.. its a win win for all. Now i got to return.. i traded this in for for a reason so can carry all my fire gear & stuff. Plus its a better car.. then you ran my credit 7times when it was only suppose to be once..which dropped my score by alot. irritatated & mad aint even the words i can describe how i feel. Chatted online to try figure out a solution was dissmised & they closed the chat. That was rude. Called but nobody was available. More

The service at this dealership is really bad and the employees are very disrespectful and every time I go they find a way to ask for money by saying change the tire and other things even though my car i employees are very disrespectful and every time I go they find a way to ask for money by saying change the tire and other things even though my car is only 2016 and only has 30,000 miles.One time I went to the dealership for a oil change and they said that my tires needed to be changed and I went to a different tire place and they said the tire was completely fine then when I was driving on the highway my car completely stopped and the whole system stopped working and the car wouldn’t turn on and when I went to the dealership they said I need to change the battery I said ok and changed it and then they said I need to change the tire even though I had changed it the day before at a different place since their price was too high I personally think that they just say anything to get money I would not recommend it.every time I go I feel like my car has changed a lot and it’s not enjoyable anymore. The best car buying experience we have ever had! My wife and I bought a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring from Moss Bros. Honda in Moreno Valley on 5-15-2019. It was a beautiful day considering all the stres My wife and I bought a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring from Moss Bros. Honda in Moreno Valley on 5-15-2019. It was a beautiful day considering all the stress we had gone through trying to find a Honda dealer near us in Lancaster that would match Moss Bros. Honda offer. That includes Lancaster, Palmdale, Victorville, Bakersfield and Valencia. The best offer we had from those Honda dealers was in Lancaster and they were $1200+ dollars higher. The General Manager would not let his Sales Manager go any lower on their price. In Palmdale, the Salesman and Sales Manager wouldn't even make us an offer and said that if we thought we could get a deal that low, we should go down to Moreno Valley. They both also said that wait until we get down there and the car is sold or the numbers change or the price is different because of the dealer added equipment and services. We have always tried to do business locally but we have never been able to get a decent deal on an automobile in the Antelope Valley. The auto dealers here for the most part treat you like you a captive audience. Because of what the dealers here had told us and some of the bad reviews on yelp, we were really apprehensive about driving all the way down to Moreno Valley only to find out that the deal would change for some reason when we got there. Each dealer we had been talking to including Moss Bros. Honda was about the same exact vehicle, they were all identical, same make, model, trim and mrsp. We had been communicating with Luis Velasco, internet manager at Moss Bros. Honda for about a week and the out the door price he gave me originally was a very good price by comparison and Luis and his assistants followed up with us and were very flexible and understanding with us when we had to cancel and reschedule our first appointment. When we got close to Moss Bros. Honda, my wife called Luis and when we arrived, one of Luis's assistant's met us out front and took us to Luis. We talked with Luis for a while and made sure that we all on the same page. My wife and I had a different opinions about what color we should get. So, Luis brought up Pilots in the two colors (white diamond pearl and lunar silver) and gave us time to decide. We decided on the white diamond pearl. After a test drive, we found out a couple from San Diego (also Luis's customers) wanted to buy the lunar silver Pilot. Luis got some basic information from us and took us into the Finance Manager's (Rubiel Gonzalez) office. Rebiel explained every piece of paperwork and answered every question that we had. Luis Velasco and Rubiel Gonzalez are very straightforward, intelligent and experienced people. Luis even spent time with us to explain the options on the Pilot that we weren't familiar with. From the time that arrived at Moss Bros. Honda, we were treated properly with dignity and respect by everyone that we came in contact with. The dealership was very clean, modern and high tech. This morning (5-17-2019) we got a call from Steve Kennedy the Manager of Moss Bros. Honda thanking us for our purchase. The bottom line is that, we paid the price we were quoted in the beginning and it was a very good price. We are very Happy Customers. We will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Moss Bros. Honda. It really was a beautiful day. More
