Timely repair completed on short notice Honda Accord water pump was completed on time and without any additional inflated cost as some other dealers have charged me from past experiences. Shuttle service was also a great plus because I did not have to wait the 4 hours in the dealers minor service waiting room for my cars' major repair to be completed. Shuttle service also picked me up on time to take me back to get my car once the repairs were completed. David Swanson did a good job making sure the repair was completed on time and at the original price quoted me however I had to make several calls without success in trying to find out the status of my cars repair. David did apologize for missing my communication attempts when he did finally get back to me on my cars completed repair status. More
