I confirmed this with Terry several times including Friday night. We drove 50 miles to the dealership and Terry DID NOT have a silver Civic and he DID NOT honor the Internet price. He then pulled the oldest trick in the book and said “I’ll have you talk to my manager”. When his manager didn’t want to honor the price, he said “I’ll have you talk to MY manager”. Then this guy keeps asking the same questions over and over again. I answered him five or six times until I got frustrated and walked out. The best part was my son was with me, they have a kids zone, free coffee and donuts and fruit. Nice waiting area, they did not try to sell me anything. I would return back. If I had to add one thing to make it better wash my car, the candy on my dash was nice, but a car wash would have been better. More

He was very nice and started getting the chair and foot papers and then finally someone walked up. While I was waiting, I decided I would get an ice cream (because I had been there for about an hour and was expecting me be there another hour), but you have to get the key from the parts counter. He was on the phone, but never even said a single word to me if he would be with me. So after standing there for a few minutes, I went back and sat down. More
