I went in for an oil change. It was recommended that I also have a wheel alignment. After my service I was told everything was good to go. I left the dealership and got on the fr It was recommended that I also have a wheel alignment. After my service I was told everything was good to go. I left the dealership and got on the freeway where my car stated shaking at 65mph and my tire pressure went off. I went right back to Honda for evaluation of the issue. They reevaluated my car and found that my back tire had shredded. My tires are less than 1year old. I was very disappointed that this situation occurred given that my tires are new and the issue occurred after my wheel alignment and then I was allowed to drive off the lot risking my safety and the safety of others around me. Service manager Mike Hauso took up the issue and resolved it in my favor. Nin Garcia was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process.
