I took my Volkswagen ID. 4 (under 14k miles) to Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley for a warranty issue and recall. The technician claimed there was an exposed wire under t 4 (under 14k miles) to Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley for a warranty issue and recall. The technician claimed there was an exposed wire under the driver’s seat and accused me of tampering with the wiring — which is absolutely false. This is a new car, and why in the world would I ever damage my own expensive vehicle? They refused to cover it under warranty, quoted me over $900, and then charged me a $300 diagnostic fee, even though it was clearly a warranty diagnostic. I left feeling blamed, disrespected, and overcharged. I will never recommend this dealership or the Volkswagen brand to anyone after this experience. More

Instead, they secretly switched my loan to another lender **two weeks after purchase** without my consent. They also ran my credit with **4 different companies** without transparency, unnecessarily damaging my 750 credit score. Despite a strong payment history and excellent credit, they prioritized their kickbacks over customer trust. **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their sales team lies to close deals, and their finance department manipulates loans post-sale. Secure your own financing beforehand—do NOT trust their "offers." What they advertise and what they deliver are entirely different. More
