....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER......the service department is not capable of fixing anything...my car was at this dealership for 48 days, I took my car in for a 30,000 mile service and a few days later it broke not capable of fixing anything...my car was at this dealership for 48 days, I took my car in for a 30,000 mile service and a few days later it broke down the oil had leaked completely out and the turbo malfunctioned, from that point it was one part after another they are incompetent and liars...my car is STILL not fixed and they have told me to take my issue to VW .... they say my car is fixed and it is making a noise that they claimed to fix and they take no responsibility for anything, I tried calling Mr Moss himself and all I got was the run around....never been treated so poorly in all my life....and at moss you are NOT the boss More

I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Theodore and Dante, amazing! They bent over backwards to give us what we wanted and make it possible to trade in my son's Dodge p had buying a car! Theodore and Dante, amazing! They bent over backwards to give us what we wanted and make it possible to trade in my son's Dodge pickup and buy his jetta. I will be recommending this dealership and Theodore and Dante to everyone. I was interested in a Passat for my daughter. We had looked at several cars and visited numerous dealerships. I worked with a sales associate named Michael Crawford. I called the dealership with an inquiry about a possible purchase on a new or used vehicle. They then asked me what I might be interested in purchasing and were very helpful with offering information on dif purchase on a new or used vehicle. They then asked me what I might be interested in purchasing and were very helpful with offering information on different possibilities available. When I got to the dealership they had a few options ready for me to test drive. Though there were so many helpful options, I feel in love with the Nissian Altima 2.5 S. I recommend going to Moss Brothers, they were simply amazing from when I arrived to when I drove off the lot. Thank you Moss Brother's team you all are wonderful. More

Sam has serviced my 2008 VW Eos for the last year and a half (ever since Moss Bros VW opened in Moreno Valley). He is the best service manager/director I've ever experienced. I've owned four Volkswagens ov half (ever since Moss Bros VW opened in Moreno Valley). He is the best service manager/director I've ever experienced. I've owned four Volkswagens over many decades. Sam goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. He's honest, responsive and always provides a fair price for work performed. I would not trust my VW with anyone else. More

Tony was so courteous, thorough, and prompt. Set up transportation while service was done. Even though I had my three kids with me, it was not a hassle, they were kind and friendly, and my kids neve transportation while service was done.
