Hi Carl, we regret to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent service experiences. After fixing the front drive shaft, you brought the vehicle back in and we determined the front differential now needs to be repaired as well. We have taken the concern of how long it will take to get the part in to the highest level at Nissan. They have informed us the part is on hold with the manufacturer for testing and will have it to us the soonest they possibly can, but the ETA is still looking like April. Unfortunately, having an extended warranty on a 6 year old vehicle does not guarantee that the parts will all be in stock, just that they will be replaced or repaired if something goes wrong. We did reach out to Nissan on your behalf concerning the parts not being available and have secured a rental vehicle for you, you should have been contacted by your adviser regarding that. We will keep you updated when we get an update concerning the time frame of your part becoming available. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your experience with us. We have done everything that we can, we diagnosed your vehicle and let you know what issues we found. You opted for us to replace the speed sensor and because the part is not available for the speedometer you approved to have it sent to the manufacturer of that part to have it repaired by them. Which is why a Nissan mechanic is not working on it, we are having it handled by the proper party responsible for that part. We understand it must have been frustrating to have to bring the vehicle back immediately because there was a problem shortly after your vehicle was returned to you. We did resolve that concern for you and you let us know everything was working for months. Then you brought it back to us 4 months after the initial repair stating it was working intermittently. We warrantied the speed sensor for you, had the work inspected on your speedometer and were unable to duplicate the problem of it not working. Since then you have reported that it is not working intermittently and we have requested the opportunity to inspect our work and have the repaired part inspected again to see if there are any problems with the work that we have done for you. There is nothing further that we can do at this time without the opportunity to check the work.
