5000 mile service Brian immediately meet me at the drive up service bay, greeted me and quickly took my information and told me how long my wait time would be, (which w Brian immediately meet me at the drive up service bay, greeted me and quickly took my information and told me how long my wait time would be, (which was accurate). I asked Brian if I could have the backup beep on my 2017 Prius modified because of the constant beeping while in reverse was annoying. Brian called over a senior service technician and he asked me if I had purchased the Prius from Mossy TOYOTA and I told him I had. The service technician said then the modification to the reverse beeping would be complementary. I was very impressed with the customer service from Mossy TOYOTA and called a friend today who lives in North County and recommend Mossy TOYOTA to him as I know he is in the market for a RAV4.
