Always saves me! Car was sluggish when trying to start it. I only had the morning to take car of it. Manager Andy Stump I went to Mossy Toyota in Pacific Beach just to buy my Toyota Tacoma and when I closed the deal, I soon had to go upstairs to sign the contract ... I I went to Mossy Toyota in Pacific Beach just to buy my Toyota Tacoma and when I closed the deal, I soon had to go upstairs to sign the contract ... I was fully aware that they would try to sell me an extended warranty or something else similar ... just because I had already bought a 2013 Prius before. arriving there I spoke with Mr Cyrus Ghahremani and I told him I don’t want anything I was pleased with the anoint I closed down there with the seller ... but he insisted so much and I told again I don’t want thank you... but he said he would give me the guarantee free just because I was buying my second car with tem ... I asked again that he would not touch the value and neither in the installments ... he replied no. I signed the contract for the iPad, I left Mossy with my tacoma truck. My wife went later to sign part of it, because we bought the truck together. She returned home with the contract I saw that Mr. Cyrus had extended my contract to 84 installments of $ 589.61, and I closed the contract with the seller Alan Ferreira, with the value of 75 installments of 585.04. did not dispute what had happened, I went to the Mossy store and i spoke with the manager of name Andy Stump ... he answered me I explained the problem but he simply told me that I had already signed the contract and it was not for me either complain because I had already won the car alarm and car carpet for free. But I told him that he had already offered before I buy it and that everything had already been closed before. I insisted on telling him to fix the mistake that Mr. Cyrus Ghahremani had made ... But Mr. Andy Stump told me that I was picky Latin and I asked him if he knew my name? he said yes ... he took me to his office, told me to sit down and wait ... he came back and said that my contract had been canceled and he told me to try to buy my Tacoma from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP... I was very upset and left. I talked to Karla about the problem, she said she would try to solve it ... but the other day I got a call from this Andy Strump calling me a liar and that I had asked him to cancel my contract ... I said to him that he knew full well that I went back there so he could fix the mistake made by Cyrus. Well I want to make it very clear that I really appreciate the work of Mossi and I also know that it is a great dealer and that sometimes Big Company has employees who make mistakes. I know full well that this is an isolated case and the dealership is not to blame. I never wanted to cancel my contract and I also do not consider myself guilty for all that happened. just because I loved my Tacoma. I had drove my Tacoma more than 200 miles and I also I showed it all my friends. Thank you More
