Professional, Easy going, Caring, Efficient Experience! I began my search online for a Prius and read positive reviews about Bernadette and proceeded to initiate my interest in a Prius through her. Bernadette was instantly informative, up front, caring, efficient, and most importantly had a family oriented demeanor. I can't say enough positive things about working with Bernadette. Bernadette was logical in showing me my options and teaching me about what was best for my budget instead of pushing me into something more expensive. The first meeting with Bernadette I felt like she was family no kidding, and was very comfortable with her and with a very happy gentle demeanor. It took a total of 2 days total to drive home happy with my Prius. I took an extra day to think of my options without pressure whatsoever from Bernadette. Bernadette, vanessa, and my financial advisor were all amazing! They made my life as easy as possible. They didn't pressure me into any car, they didn't take advantage of me, they didn't throw me for circles, they purely took care of me, and made sure I was happy with the car and not getting ripped off. I went to 10-12 dealerships while car shopping, all of them were high pressure, typical car sales men. Mossy wasn't like that, My ladies were lovely and they made sure I was happy as a clam! More

Once she finds you a car, make sure to have Arthur do your finances because he will really help you out to get the best deal on your car packages. Like I said i had a great experience with this location and for the most part these two people are who made me feel confident with my purchase and to make sure i was getting the right car for me!
