My experience in purchasing the a 2010 Rav4 was even better. Alex, in Sales, was very friendly. He answered all our questions, and didn't push anything we didn't want. When it came down to negotiating the price he worked with us and was able to get us an awesome deal. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to go seek out Alex. You wont be disappointed. More
My husband and I emailed the dealership asking about the currently advertised special with the 2010 Prius. We explained we had a leased 2008 Camry that we got from them. The lease was up on the Camry in 6 currently advertised special with the 2010 Prius. We explained we had a leased 2008 Camry that we got from them. The lease was up on the Camry in 6 months. They seemed to have treated us right, though they did “inform” us that the last dealer had ripped us off….not sure I believe that, but that seems to be their underhanded way. It’s like going to a new hairdresser that trashes your old hairdresser…you have the business, don’t be an xxx. Dealers seem to have misunderstood the objective, despite our communication otherwise. I’ll premise this with the fact that every Toyota dealer in town had advertised a level 2 Prius at $249 per month, no down, no first payment and 24 months of service at no charge. So we went back to Mossy Toyota, We emailed our situation and bottom line days before. We prequalified online with flying colors. We spoke to the salesperson several times (John, who was very nice, but clearly not listening to what we wanted). Our objective was clear. We arrived at the dealership, they took another hour to again prequalify us. We drove the Prius. After 90 minutes they offered us a completely lame deal, claiming we owed too many payments on the Camry (lease was up in 2/11). We countered and ultimately walked after the “bad cop” came over to let us know we “beat up” our salesperson and that they simply could not do the deal. He did offer us a deal close to what we wanted, but let us know Toyota (not his dealership) would come after us for anything they felt was wrong with the Camry after the fact. Seriously? You had the facts days ago….do the deal, don’t do it. Don’t waste my time. These people wasted our time and were ultimately rude in the process. I would have been fine if we walked in and they said, sorry we can't do the deal. Bob Baker Toyota took the Camry back, paid the last 6 payments (actually Toyota does that as part of the deal so you are also liars at Mossy), $600 down, no first payment, no Toyota coming after us after the fact, brand new Prius, 2 years service, detailed and a lower payment than we thought was possible. Mossy, you wasted our time and tried to rip us off. I tell everyone how bad you treated us. More

When my Ford Escape broke down, I had it towed to Mossy Ford. When I found out it would need extensive repair work, I decided to buy a new car. Juan spent a lot of time working with me to try to find something on the used car lot. He was wonderful to work with and I hope he gets credit for his wonderful customer service! When we couldn't find anything that met my needs on the used car lot, he took me over to look at the new RAV4s. He was the one who took me on the test drive and helped me make the decision to purchase the RAV4 at Mossy. Once the decision was made to purchase a new Toyota, Scott Montgomery and Bill Cooper took over and negotiated with me for an extremely fair price. They were awesome to work with and took great care of me, answering my questions and helping get me on my way with a new car quickly. I appreciated everyone that I worked with at the dealership and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience! More
The car I bought started having problems one week after the purchase, e.g., a strange noise under the car when I'm driving fast, or the car key that does not open the trunk. Very pleasant experience overall. I feel that we got a very good price and deal on our new Toyota Sienna, and they were nice to work with all the way through. Other dealers we visited were not nearly as r very good price and deal on our new Toyota Sienna, and they were nice to work with all the way through. Other dealers we visited were not nearly as reasonable, nor did they seem to have any sense of humor, especially when we were getting up to walk out the door without reaching a deal. Mossy and Gil Frank maintained good humor at all times, and ultimately it meant that they ended up getting the sale. More
