Overall, the experience was fair with the exception of being misguided towards a direct questions relating to current Sirius subscription being transferred to existing vehicle. Rather than checking with Services, answered question stating that it was possible to transfer, when in facts it is not. Contract was already signed so could not get into contract. When I returned to discuss, there was a lot of guiding around followed with a level of "suck it up" attitude from the sales manager. Finance department was excellent my personal recommendation of the sales department is to listen to the customers, especially considering the issues of recall and treating customer with importance. I would not recommend this dealer. I was only able to get a good deal because I brought my iPad in to prove interest rates, credit reports, and Kelley Blue book values on trade in but they still ended up getting me in the shorts, despite asking the question and having my iPad. I can't stand being deceived. More

The price on the Prius lease was a very good deal. Sales Consultants were really good. I already new the cars we wanted (we bought two). The only negative was the time it took to do the deal. We had been to 3 other Toyota dealers looking for what we found at Mossy. At Frank's Toyota the sales rep was too busy occupied with other customers and distracted us sending us to see other cars while he wa found at Mossy. At ChulaVista Toyota we were told the 4Runner SR5 4x4 did not come w/the 3rd seat row, even showed us some brochures. At Bob Baker's we only found a single 4Runner but not what we were looking for. At Mossy we found 5-6 4Runners, the service was great. We were greeted by Gary who was very friendly and knowledgable about the car. Later on Jerry Padilla took us for a test drive and explained all the car features in a very clear way. Overall a great service! More

We came to the dealership to browse the inventory and compare to the Nissan dealer down the street. We had minimal expectation of finding something in our budget that would be interesting to us because o compare to the Nissan dealer down the street. I had been to 6 other dealerships and the service from 4 of the gentlemen I walked away after 30 minutes of being talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. My wife and I were greeted in the parking lot by Mr. Bob Faulis who was friendly and helped us search for the type of car WE were looking for, and not just models he was interested in selling. When I asked for numbers to be crunched, he quickly did that and I appreciated that everything was "out in the open." He readily answered all questions and informed us of options and additions but not in a pushy way (pushiness being a factor that caused us to walk away from a different dealership). The man who handled finace (Ron?) was also informative, to the point and clear.
