We had been to 3 other Toyota dealers looking for what we found at Mossy. At Frank's Toyota the sales rep was too busy occupied with other customers and distracted us sending us to see other cars while he wa found at Mossy. At ChulaVista Toyota we were told the 4Runner SR5 4x4 did not come w/the 3rd seat row, even showed us some brochures. At Bob Baker's we only found a single 4Runner but not what we were looking for. At Mossy we found 5-6 4Runners, the service was great. We were greeted by Gary who was very friendly and knowledgable about the car. Later on Jerry Padilla took us for a test drive and explained all the car features in a very clear way. Overall a great service! More
We came to the dealership to browse the inventory and compare to the Nissan dealer down the street. I had been to 6 other dealerships and the service from 4 of the gentlemen I walked away after 30 minutes of being talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. My wife and I were greeted in the parking lot by Mr. Bob Faulis who was friendly and helped us search for the type of car WE were looking for, and not just models he was interested in selling. When I asked for numbers to be crunched, he quickly did that and I appreciated that everything was "out in the open." He readily answered all questions and informed us of options and additions but not in a pushy way (pushiness being a factor that caused us to walk away from a different dealership). The man who handled finace (Ron?) was also informative, to the point and clear. Our overall experience was rated at "Good" only because the buying process during the day took an extended period of time that we were not initially prepared for. Although, we were very happy with the serv the buying process during the day took an extended period of time that we were not initially prepared for. Although, we were very happy with the service we received while we were there and the generosity of these two Toyota employees. The only recommendation we would make is for the employees to use their time more effectively with the customer by informing them how long they will need to wait to fill out paperwork and such. At the end of the day, we realized instead of sitting around waiting, we could have gone home to get our trade in vehicle to save some time. We are very happy with the Sienna SE that we purchased that day, though, and are glad to write wonderful reviews about the two Toyota employees that worked with us! They were very accommodating, supplying us with food and beverages, and worked very professionally. More
