Went Smooth and was out of there in a short amount of time with a good price on a new sienna. After spending just a couple discouraging minutes on 2 different car lots the previous month I drove by Mossy on my way from a nearby errand. After noticing they sold Toyotas I pulled in - spur of the moment. Just wondering, perhaps a different outlook in a different area... I was met in the lot by Mr. Bob Faulis and immediatly presented him with the "challanges" I was faced with while needing a new car "down the road". My current vehicle was 13 yrs old and had been a large source of repair the past year. Given my "economic criteria" Bob said "we may be able to work something out, would you like to look at any thing?". Well, Ok, why not. So I looked at some Prius models, still in my mind thinking this would be far in my future. Well, long story short, he punched in some numbers, I said I couldn't afford that. He just kept saying "I want to make you happy". The numbers were punched and repunched. I walked in at 6:00 P.M. and at 11:30 P.M. I drove out in a new 2010 Prius! I love this car more each day, it is the exact color of my dog: gold with black trim.:) My work is moving offices an additional 20 miles from my home within 2-5 months so now I have an economical fuel vehicle too. What a difference the right dealership and salesperson can make! Thank you so much! More

I am always very nervous when purchasing a new car. Not only did Bill make me feel so comfortable with my decision; he was outstanding with knowing what I needed and wanted. He recommended for me to go with a lesser car, in which was a smarter choice for me. I was so nervous the first time I came in due to the problems with my previous car. I wanted to explore the possibility of trading in my current corolla for a new one. I bought an 08 corolla 2 years ago. This was the first new car I'd ever bought, (from Mossy Toyota) and drove off the lot with 14 miles on the car. However I swear the car was cursed. Made on the 13th on a full moon, at midnight... I swear. Everything that could go wrong with the car did; and it was brand new! I just wanted a fresh start, with a new car. I didn't want to extend my payment a whole lot, and really was looking to reduce my payment. Even though I couldn't reduce my payment with the car I chose, I am so happy. Bill and Brian allowed me to really feel comfortable with my decision. I know there is commission involved. I was in sales, and I get that everyone needs to make money; however, that "just in it to make the sale" feeling was never there. I could have said I wanted the cheapest car, with no whistles and both Bill and Brian would have obliged. I think I've told about everyone I know, many of whom are really thinking about buying a new Toyota. There have been questions about the security of Toyota, and safety. I have re-assured them that not only am I confident in Toyota, I recommend a test drive! (with Bill of course) Thank you Bill and Brian... (insert huge smile on my face here) More
