I especially appreciate the lengths that Larry and Mossy Toyota took to ensure that my identity and sale were secure (that I was who I said I was and that someone was not pretending to be me). We now have the exact vehicle that we wanted which we were having trouble getting with the other Toyota dealerships in the surrounding area. More

We didn't even have to walk into the building to be greeted and helped by Mark. He was waiting on the side walk for us the second we pulled up. Mark was just an honestly nice guy. There was nothing "sales man" about him. He didn't try to "over sell" us on anything and he was just a FUN person to be around. After Jake and I picked our car out we were sent up to do paper work with another employee and I actually leaned over to Jake and said "I miss Mark, ahaha." When we left I gave Mark a huge hug and we waved to him goodbye as we drove off in our new car. The next day he actually called me to see how the car was and how Jake was doing!!!
