Our experience at Mossy Toyota was fabulous. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by Tommy Amonn, Salesperson. We immediately connected with him as we discussed what we type of vehicle we w entering the dealership, we were greeted by Tommy Amonn, Salesperson. We immediately connected with him as we discussed what we type of vehicle we were looking for. Tommy quickly accommodated us as he took us out to the lot and showed us a beautiful Toyota 4-runner. It had all of the features that I was looking for. We had already visited four other dealerships and were happy to see that Mossy Toyota had a 4-runner in stock as many of the other dealerships did not have any in stock which makes one's search for a vehicle all the more difficult. Well, to make a long story short, we ended up purchasing the vehicle. By this time it seemed like Tommy, my husband and I were old friends. Awesome job Tommy and it was also a pleasure working with Brian and Greg. What a nice way to start the year!! More

This was our first experience buying a new car and I dreaded the task. We first went to another Toyota dealership in the area (who shall remain nameless) and they kept promising they could get us the P dreaded the task. Every time we showed up, the person we dealt with wasn't available. When he called us back, he didn't have any information on the price...seems convenient. Eventually we got tired of dealing with them and called Mossy Toyota just to see what their inventory was. That was the best move ever. This is where we met Kyle Donovan. In comparison to the other dealers, Kyle was extremely direct and efficient. They told us they didn't have the color we wanted, but nearly every other color. We took the car for a little drive and came back to sign the papers. We got there at 6PM and left at 8:30PM with our new car! We spent the same amount of time at the other dealership just trying to get a price! Mossy doesn't seem to negotiate on price very much, but they also don't play any games. Everything is open and given at face value. I appreciated that. We might have been able to get the car for a little cheaper elsewhere, but it would have been from a dealership that we didn't trust. I'd rather pay a little more, have a positive experience, and trust the dealership I'm working with. Great job Donovan and Mossy Toyota! More

I worked with several dealerships to make this current purchase. I have had many Toyotas and purchased all over the country. I am actually pleased and comfortable in saying this is by far the best experie purchase. I have had many Toyotas and purchased all over the country. The salesman was well mannered,knew the car and it's features and assisted the purchase professionally.The whole process was a dream....like NOT EVEN being at a dealership and without saying more......I am sure you understand what I mean.I would certainly send someone to Tommy Amonn at Mossy for sales. The set up at Mossy did not lead me into a level by level sales push which was also outstanding. The communication came thru the salesman without harassment and haggling.There were negotiations but if you do your homework the deal will go quickly and fairly for both sides. Plus,out of 5 dealerships working bids in a two day span of time, Mossy presented the best price in the end out the door. A no pain purchase and really was fun and pleasant. Bottom line: Nick Fiduk and the folks at Mossy are awesome. Salesperson Nick didn't waste my time with the usual sales rhetoric and I appreciate that. I walked in late at about 6 pm. the day before Christmas because I had sold my 2006 Toyota Corolla S to my nephew earlier that day. I knew exactly what I wanted, a new dark grey Toyota Corolla S, and Nick wasted no time helping find it. The negotiation for the price was easy compared to my previous car purchase at another Toyota dealership located in El Cajon, which was more like a UFC cage match. I didn't have to "put the gloves on" to get a fair price. I am a straight forward type of person and if the price was not fair I would not have hesitated to walk out. Nick was straight-up and even though it was late he never rushed me or acted like he wanted to call-it-a-night. I was driving home a new Corolla that night. Even though I hate filling out surveys and writing reviews, I chose to take the time to submit this one. I will recommend Nick Fiduk and Mossy Toyota to my family and friends.
