He was fantastic, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable on this car which had only been there 4 days. We learned that Tom is a vehicle enthusiast and knows what he is talking about. After our test drive, he helped us work through the details and we drove away with it an hour later. Jen Barnhart was very pleasant and efficient in completing the paperwork. We are fortunate enough to live 5 miles away from this dealership. I recommend that anyone looking for car call or see Tom. If they don't have it, they will find what you are looking for and ship it to you. More

Tom is extremely professional, helpful, and transparent. Together with Jen, he made the process almost too easy - at times I found myself wondering 'is buying this car really going to be this easy?' The car itself arrived a day early via the transport service they hired, and it has been GREAT so far. I cannot recommend Tom, Jen, and the rest of the Motion Autosport team enough. More

Kevin Hill was very helpful by e-mail and phone prior to my visit and understands the value of customized vehicles with aftermarket add-ons. He gave me a trade in value that took into account all the extras my vehicle had and that sealed the deal. The truck I was looking at was priced very fairly, was clean, and had been inspected and serviced prior to delivery. The interaction with Kevin was pleasant and he is a "car guy" who gets it. He made the buying experience pleasant and there was no high pressure pitch to buy "add on this" or "warranty that" or any kind of extras. The trade in value estimate he gave me over the phone stood and there was no haggling over values or deals. He and Jen had the paperwork done, the payment figured out, and the keys in my hand in no time at all. They even filled up the tank for my drive back to Toledo. After driving home I noticed a few minor issues and notified Kevin by e-mail just to inform him that I needed to take care of a couple of things on the truck that were unexpected. Most dealers would tell you it was bought "as-is" and not do anything for you. Kevin offered to take care of the issue at his cost and even offered to have a minor door ding removed if I return the truck to have it done at his shop. It is clear he wants a happy customer and he has one with me. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a specialty vehicle because they only sell quality cars and trucks and take care of their customers. I would certainly buy here again in the future. More
