I’m from Atlanta, GA. I had the GM who took care of this tell me everything was good to go and it’s been serviced and even sent videos where the truck looked good. Issues with transport so I flew out there and got there and the truck had a funny vibration and I’d expressed my concerns to two managers BRANDON/BRETT and they both drove the truck and they could immediately feel there was a problem. I said I’d wait til they could look at it and Brandon the GM said I can’t have someone look at it until Monday, this was Saturday when I flew in of course. Brandon and Brett both said ah you’ll be fine, have it looked at when U get back to Atlanta and let us know and we will take care of you. I said to Brandon I don’t want to be just told something but I need to know you all will take care of whatever this is. “TRANSMISSION REBUILD” to the tune of $5500.00 and now they are telling me U signed and it’s your problem. 20% is what they offered to pay. But this was known and I have to pay for a problem they new about. There’s no comment U all can leave to make this be a problem that I should have to take care of. If you all are so reputable then take care of this issue in its entirety. This just makes no sense that a customer should be done this way for a buck!!!! I’m a Police Officer (FIRST RESPONDER) here in Clayton County, GA and I deal with crooks and bad mess everyday and I also deal with a lot of stress, I never thought I’d have to deal with dealership stress as well. As a military veteran I had tours didn’t know if I’d come home or not and made it back home and knowing there are bad people in this world U just don’t think that U have to worry as much because your home. But as you all see here, we do!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Brandon's attitude was horrible, I don't know if he thought he was going to try to bully me into buying from him but calling someone names that I work with (who has been do horrible, I don't know if he thought he was going to try to bully me into buying from him but calling someone names that I work with (who has been doing loans for over 30 years). I was also told that if I did not finance with one of the banks they work with, I would not get the advertised price listed online. Well that truck is still sitting on the lot and I found another one that is a year newer with less miles and they still were able to quote me what the same guy I work with quoted me. More
