I love my new to me Corvette! I can't say enough good things about Tom. He was helpful in every way and was so knowledgeable about the cars he had. He took me seriously even though I was in work attire coming directly there from my carpentry gig. I didn't know the car I dreamed of was even there, just wanted to pick his brain and talk corvettes. The minute I saw it I knew it was what I was looking for. I made an offer and he presented it without hesitation. We came to an agreement the next day and he made sure everything was perfect when I took delivery. The owner checked on me to see I had everything I needed to make my final decision before I signed the papers and he assured me everything would be to my liking upon delivery. AWESOME "13 Mustang Club of America V6 Premium, 6 speed Wasn't sure what I was looking for and was surfing CarGurus.com one evening and there it was... a '13 Mustang V6 premium 6 speed standard with leather Wasn't sure what I was looking for and was surfing CarGurus.com one evening and there it was... a '13 Mustang V6 premium 6 speed standard with leather interior. And to top it off, it had the Mustang Club of America package. The 'Stang was well optioned and in my ballpark pricewise, so I shot off an internet inquiry and Tom Murry responded in minutes. He answered my question and worked with me via email and telephone conversations to help me get the vehicle tied up until I could make the four hour trek to check her out. When we got there, he had her up on the lift so I could do an undercarriage inspection and once I laid eyes on it, I WAS SOLD. Tom had contacted the previous owner and has the second SecuriLock key headed his way and is working with a sister Ford dealer to secure me a pdf copy of my original window sticker. Very seamless transaction and we were in an out in about an hour. I called the dealership and all I asked for was the color and if it had a leather interior. He sounded very uninterested and told me he would call back. Well I never got that call and I was not going to waste my time informing the manager what kind of sales staff he/she had. On the other hand I see a car ad here and talk to Tim, the difference is between day and night. Tim had the motivation and enthusiasm as if he were selling his first car. Even more to his credit was that this was one of; if not, the least expensive cars on the lot. I flew in from Kansas City and was met within five minutes since the dealership is conveniently just outside the Akron/Canton airport perimeter. The paperwork took no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I just wish I got there a day earlier to watch cartoons with the finance lady children. Thank You Tim. More

When Tom found the car that fit my criteria he let me know and even stayed late so that I could make the hour plus trip to Motion Autosport to see the vehicle in person. Tom found me a Lexus RX350 that was just beautiful inside and out. There wasn't any pressure from him to "decide if I wanted it on the spot". Tom was very knowledgeable about the car and the features it had and was able to answer all of my questions. He made my decision to purchase very easy. Tom had found the car that I had been looking for! Finance Manager, Jennifer Barnhart made the finance part of the deal go very smoothly. She too answered all of my questions and the process took very little time. She is extremely organized! Owner Brett Lukovski runs a great dealership.
