My daughter was buying her first car. Brett was very understanding and patient. He had excellent follow up. The dealership did not have the color my daughter wanted, but they were able to locate it in a understanding and patient. He had excellent follow up. Brett make sure my daughter understood all of the critical functions of the car and felt comfortable driving it off the lot.
