Motion KIA in Budd Lake New Jersey is very reliable and customer centric. When we had to have our Sportsge in for service they were quick to find us a loaner while the workwas being done. Joe was terrific! One of the best service reps I've interacted with at Motion Kia. He spoke clearly, gave me the info I needed and was on top of the work that was being done. Even though it took longer than expected, he continued to keep me updated and was polite and professional. He fulfilled his promises and didn't change his initial comments. He even asked if I wanted the car washed and remembered to have it done. (I was told I would have the car washed every time I came in but this was the first time in all the years I've owned the car that they actually had time to do it and I so appreciated that. I am rating for Service but you don't list your Service Rep's below - only Sales - why not? Price was higher than I would pay at another mechanic shop. More

Howie was so helpful and made finding the perfect car for me a breeze! The whole staff was so welcoming and helpful! When I came in they only had two k5s in stock and both were black. Howie could tell I was me a breeze! The whole staff was so welcoming and helpful! When I came in they only had two k5s in stock and both were black. Howie could tell I was hesitant getting black because I liked the white color more and even though there initially wasn’t a white one in stock he took the time to double check with Mike and it turned out a white one just pulled up! Everything worked out perfectly the way I wanted it to going in it’s like howie and the team at motion Kia were magicians! I will 100% be returning for another Kia when my lease is up More
