We drove from Fresno to Bakersfield Lexus to view a car they had just got on the lot. We bought the car and went back to Fresno. In a couple of weeks we noticed a flaw on the dash cover. They were very gracious and gave me a car to drive back home until the problem was solved. The problem was fixed and looks great. All the people that we met both buying the car and taking care of the situation were so helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience! More
