We went to look at a car and the sales person that helped us didn’t offer the siris xm radio trial for three months at all. Never offered any free oil changes like we got before from this dealership. We purchased the car there at Lexus and he said oh you didn’t deal with a Lexus sales person so I can’t offer you anything. If you had bought a GM product I could have given you the oil changes or Sirius xm trial. We didn’t have to take the car that night we could have waited for the right sales person. This sales person was very pushy because he knew we had the money for the down payment of $5000. He has continued to call and ask for more information when we have provided my check stub my husbands and the bank has called or employers for verification of are wages. Now he asking for W2 if this was what was necessary than we should have not been able to leave the lot with the car we can return it and you can refund my $ 5000 The sales person keep asking for my pay stub for the month of February 2024 . On Wednesday February 21,2024 I explained to him I only get paid once a month because I am salary. I advised him I would send it to him on 03/01/2024 when I was paid he advised me he had to check with the bank It was like he did not understand the month of February was not over with and I wasn’t gonna be paid until March 1, 2024 . Then on Friday February 23,2024 he advised me he needed my W2 form from 2023 this was after I had arrived at work.multiple calls and texts messages he made to me wanting a better contact number. What he failed to understand is I am very busy at my job and he he had all the correct information and phone numbers for me . I work for a medical office my physician is a surgeon when he was trying to contact me I was working and had all my phone lines in use. I had a very serious situation going on that needed my immediate attention and I was unable to answer his phone calls between being on the phone with the hospital the insurance company and the patient all he had to do was leave me a message and I would call him back which that is what I did when I was available . We have purchased mini cars for motor city and I have never had to jump hoops like I have this time regardless of my credit rating or not. I’m very disappointed with the situation . I feel like because it wasn’t a GM product and it was a Lexus product. I was penalized by the sales person by not trying to offer the serious XM trial that is offered at a lot of dealerships. This is a third Lexus I have purchased and the first two I received that offer and also free oil changes for three times each . i’m not expecting everything to come free but just a little courtesy when you purchase a car and you have been a loyal customer when my husband questioned it oh he had to go. He had another customer so hopefully you can see how frustration sets in he’s made his money from the Sell, so he wanted to wash his hands clear of us . More
