I took my truck in for a state inspection. I was told the truck would be ready around Noon. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call at 10:45 and was told my truck was ready to be picked u I was told the truck would be ready around Noon. When my Service Advisor, Stacey, saw me pulling up, she sent someone after the truck and it was waiting for me right by the door as soon as I finished checking out. She was outstanding. More

I went for an inspection, Turns out I needed to change two bulbs for passing. Ok, fine. Something I would have done myself easy. I xxxx you not they charged $25 bucks for labor charge on each bulb. I’m pretty disgusted and disappointed in my experience. This is why I rather work on the Jeep myself. More
