I came in for a normal 5 point service inspection. I was met by Ms. Jennifer Blankenship and Dave. They greeted me with a bright, happy "Good morning". We went over why I was there and had any other concerns I had happened since making the appointment. While waiting in the waiting area, which is always extremely clean, including the bathroom. The young lady there offered me coffee or water for free or If I needed anything while waiting, please ask her. Dave came to me with a concern, the technicians found while servicing my 2017 Jeep Rubicon. Dave explained the problem, even bringing the bad part to me so I could see for myself why it was an issue. I was given the offer of two ways to handle this issue. I went with new parts, because of safety for my Jeep and myself. They had the parts there, so no waiting weeks for them to be delivered. After about 30minutes, my Jeep and I was ready to go. My bill was above $200.00, but having coupons for various services, my total was only about $60.00. The Shop Manager came by and thanked me for having my 2 Jeeps serviced with Ms. Jennifer, Dave and the Mopar Service Center. I was giving another coupon for the next service. The entire Mopar Center has always treated me with respect and courtesy. Thank you to all those I see and those technicians I don't see. More

I thought my 2010 Jeep was done for when it developed computer problems, but Jen and her team members tackled those problems head on. They removed the dead components and installed new ones. My Jeep drives and operates like a new one! Throughout the whole process, Jen kept me informed as to how their work was progressing. This was my first experience using the MOPAR service aisle, and it was worth it! More
