I took our 2019 Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. We also had a couple of additional items we wanted checked, that would be covered under our warranty. They had it in their shop for 2 1/2 rotation. We also had a couple of additional items we wanted checked, that would be covered under our warranty. They had it in their shop for 2 1/2 days but couldn't get them to replicate what we told them the problems were. Not a lot of confidence in the repairs/checks because they hadn't even reset the oil life monitor which I did myself after getting home! More

I bought a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek told them it had dry rotted tires told bring it back to service that Monday. I was thinkin they would get me tires..they gave me the it passed our inspection n basically rotted tires told bring it back to service that Monday.
