Took. My Grand Cherokee in for paint bubbling on hood and radio problems. They took pictures of hood and submitted to Chrysler. They checked radio and said it needed to be replaced. This ONLY took FOUR hours radio problems. They took pictures of hood and submitted to Chrysler. They checked radio and said it needed to be replaced. This ONLY took FOUR hours. Then they said my extended warranty didn’t cover radio. When I purchased the warranty the finance person told me the warranty covered the radio. Service person said he would call Me today after talking to finance. Guess what? No call. I have bought seven vehicles from Shelor. You would think they would value their repeat customers with more respect. More
