The wait was around 45 minutes with it being President Day we expected this so we took this time to look at more vehicles as we waited. Michael Rose was our first contact to insure us that a Sales person Day we expected this so we took this time to look at more vehicles as we waited. Michael Rose was our first contact to insure us that a Sales person would be with us soon and with in another 15 minutes we were greeted by Adam Stevens. Mr. Stevens was very helpful and had knowledge on the Dodge Dart we were looking at. Mr. Stevens took my Driver License and in a few minutes we were off for attest drive. The Dodge Dart handled well and the gas was the big choice in the buy. The paperwork and wait was no time for us and we were off driving our new car home. This is our 7th car from Shelor Motor Mile for our family and although the other buys were good, I will have to say this was the best in customer service and the shortest time we have ever had in dealing with the paperwork that comes with a trade-in and sale of a vehicle. I would like to say when leaving the Financial signing for the Dodge Dart, Mr. Stevens was paged and was there in a couple of minutes. The Financial Representative joked as we left and said he paged him 5 times. Mr. Stevens said I am sorry if I missed your call but I always let someone know I have to gas up a sold vehicle. To me this shows great communication and above all wonderful customer service as well as Teamwork.
