Bill's Pacifica I needed a new van. I had a 5 year old Dodge Grand Caravan. I contacted Shelor and made an appointment. My wife and I were put with Rob Breinich. I needed a new van. I had a 5 year old Dodge Grand Caravan. I contacted Shelor and made an appointment. My wife and I were put with Rob Breinich. We could not have been more pleased with the way we were treated. Rob was most courteous and very professional. He answered our questions in a manner that was easy to understand and took the time to make sure we were pleased and satisfied with information about the vans we were shown. We settled on a Chrysler Pacifica and Rob took the time to explain everything about the van. Rob took the time to download my cell phone contacts to the Pacifica, something I probably would have had trouble doing. He showed us where the van would be serviced and where we could buy any additional equipment we might need. When we went to the financial person, we were introduced to Randy, who was very professional and courteous. We had a wonderful experience and we certainly would recommend Shelor to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and we further would recommend Rob Breinich as the salesman to contact. I have owned 8 Chrysler made vans prior to this one and this Pacifica is the best. More

Rob Breinich I needed a new work truck, and got in touch with Rob (whom I'd met through networking events). We talked back and forth through FB some about what I I needed a new work truck, and got in touch with Rob (whom I'd met through networking events). We talked back and forth through FB some about what I needed, and he introduced me to his dealership's inventory search tool. I spent the weekend looking through what they had, and found one that I liked. On Monday, I met with Rob, and he had the truck I had picked, along with a comparable truck from a different manufacturer with some different options, and one of the new Euro style cargo vans ready for me to test drive. Frankly the cargo van was really nice, and I almost chose it, but it was a naturally aspirated six cylinder engine, and the truck I'd had wound up needing a new engine after pulling a pretty heavy cargo trailer for two years. I wound up going with a Super Duty F250 diesel, and the truck is amazing. One of the first things I did when I got the trailer hooked up to it is to go and drive some of the areas that I'd been avoiding in the other truck, and it was amazing, the difference! I'm very pleased with the experience Rob provided, and appreciate all his help. More

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger! I had been spoken to Neal Francis a couple of times over the phone and he followed up by email. Joe let my husband and I drive the Charger and told us to take 30 minutes to see if that was what we really liked. I did not feel he was over bearing, like I have with other dealerships in the past, nor did I feel pressured. Joe was excellent to work with. Joe answered any questions we had and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase a vehicle. Shelor was also able to get me an Excellent rate on my new car. Joe called me a few of days after I made the purchase just to check and see how it was going with my new car. I will go back to Joe Pinto in the future and would advise others to go to him as well.
