Great until now. This service was terrible. Did not fix problem with rear hatch opening. Told me they could when I called. Drove 40 minutes each way to bring it to This service was terrible. Then had problems picking up car. Only one person working checkout. Only one person working in Ford area. Explorer is almost unusable. Rear hatch opens on its own. Do not trust it to haul cargo do not trust it to haul grandkids or dog. Do not trust it to use a bike rack Did it again This morning. More
