I had a terrible experience with Shelor service this week. I have been a long time Shelor customer, all but one new vehicle I have purchased has been from Shelor and the other was a Lexus. My truck ha week. I have been a long time Shelor customer, all but one new vehicle I have purchased has been from Shelor and the other was a Lexus. My truck has always been serviced at Shelor, when Eric Adams was running the ford service it was wonderful. Now it seems every other trip there’s something that happens. A few services ago they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and my wheel almost fell off a mile down the road. This Monday I called express lane to see wait times for oil change and tire rotation and was told around 45 minutes. I arrived at 2pm, and was told 45 minutes. I asked if I could get the inspection done if it wouldn’t add more than 15-20 minutes to my time because I had an appointment. She said she would check. 2:30 she tells me they damaged the drain plug and had to go get another one. 3pm she tells me that they have to get an oil filter and it will be 20 minutes. I asked if everything else was finished she replied yes. 3:45 I tell her I need to leave could you please get them to finish she walks away. I go ask the guy at the computer next to her to fin out what’s going on I have to go pick up my kid. At 4 he tells me they are changing a signal light and it will be right out. At 420 I tell he that I need to leave now my after school closes soon in fairlawn. He passes me off to someone else. That guy is really nice and gets me my truck. Then I have to wait another 5 minutes to get the paperwork and pay. It was after 4:45 pm by the time I left. I missed an important appointment and was 10 minutes late picking up my child. I seriously believe this will be my last experience with Shelor. More

Joe Buchanan was helpful and kind in assisting me purchasing my car. He even picked me up from 30 miles away when I realized there were no taxis to be had.
