I take all three of our vehicles here for service . I had to take off from work to drive to Christiansburg . Traffic from Roanoke on 81 was heavy and I didn’t arrive until 5:45 . Auto Inspection I had an appointment at 3 pm and arrived 15 minutes early to have my car inspected...People were very curteous and I went to waiting room to wait for I had an appointment at 3 pm and arrived 15 minutes early to have my car inspected...People were very curteous and I went to waiting room to wait for them to finish.. An hour and a half later I approached one of the technicians and asked about why my car was taking so long. He was very appoligetic and checked on my vehicle and informed me they were just getting to the inspection..After over two hours waiting my car was finished...I was suprised they comped my inspection due to the wait..Im guessing with covid 19 and other demands this may become the norm.. I would still recommend this business because of their professionalism and courtesy. More
