Agreed to buy a 2019 Ford Ranger, while doing the paperwork I’m informed I cannot take the Ranger with me. There was a recall on the vehicle they had not addressed. The recall was 2 months old. So I traded a Tacoma to get the pleasure of driving a Ford Taurus. I would say I’m less than impressed with the professionalism of Shelor. Although I was told to be sure and fill up the Taurus with gas before I bring it back. It would be funny if it wasn’t so maddening. Update: now it will be at least 7 days until the part arrives, but that’s not guaranteed More

The service manager didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done, not even a tire rotation (he said there was no reason to do that yet). I trust Motor Mile Ford to care for my Focus and I wouldn't bring my car any place else. More

I bought a 2019 Ford Escape in the fall of 2019 and a Ford Edge in January 2020. In both cases, he went out of his way to give me a good "looking" and "buying" experience, even checking up with me after both sales. I like Philip because he knows about all the technical issues related to the new cars, and was able to answer any question I asked about how to master some of the complicated issues related SYNC. On any new Ford purchase, I will make sure to go to Philip again. More
