Great Customer Service during entire Purchase process I live 5 hrs away from Motor Mile but they had the Expedition I wanted (and at a great price). I was concerned the process would be challenging at be I live 5 hrs away from Motor Mile but they had the Expedition I wanted (and at a great price). I was concerned the process would be challenging at best but between the internet manager (Rick) and my great salesman (Joe Buchanan) , it really worked seamlessly! And they even adapted when I hit traffic and had an unexpected delay on my way to purchase the car. I was SO impressed with all the staff that I worked with and SO grateful to have had such a great experience getting my new amazing Expedition! Thanks!!! More

Fantastic experience 10/10 My situation was complicated and kept changing as we were going through the process. The team at Shelor were very patient and respectful of my time and my needs. All of the help with none of the sales pressure. Phillip let me test drive my truck as long as it took for me to know for sure that it was mine. I wouldn't just recommend the motor mile to my friends, I would insist that they not purchase a vehicle until they at least went to the Shelor Motor Mile and experienced for themselves how much better it feels to work with the team that puts your needs ahead of their sales goals.
