Easy and Fast Brack was very helpful and took care of everything. He finally answered the question I had about the nitrogen or air that was in my tires. The guy who did the final paper work for us there are Shelor's spent ten minutes telling us about the nitrogen in my tires, charged us $250 for some type of insurance and when the low tire pressure light came on in my car, I called, I emailed trying to get someone to tell me if I really had nitrogen in my tires or not because I needed to put some air in them. Finally, after no one answered me, I just put air in it. There never was any nitrogen in my tires. So, what was this $250 road side nitrogen something or other insurance I had to pay for at settlement? Just curious, I am not looking for a refund here. I just don't like to be scammed. Back to the oil change..., it was great to schedule the appointment on line! Brack was super nice! He used my ford credit and a coupon to save me money. More
