The service adviser was very friendly and answered any questions I had and also was able to work with me on some things about the recall I knew that the Shelor did not (I am an enthusiast and like to keep up to speed on everything about my car). The shuttle driver was very nice and friendly and the vehicle is very comfy to ride in. More
