Excellent Quick-Lube service (and Salesman who sold us the v The Technician, Taylor, who greeted me when I brought my Expedition in for Oil change, was super nice. My sister-in-law picked me up and we went for The Technician, Taylor, who greeted me when I brought my Expedition in for Oil change, was super nice. My sister-in-law picked me up and we went for lunch. Taylor called me just as we finished and said my vehicle was ready. He met me at the cashier's desk and explained everything to me. Just super nice technician. In fact, there has never been a technician at Shelor Motor Mile Super-Lube who has not been extra nice. Randy Marshall, salesman, has sold us several vehicles from Shelor Motor Mile, the last three being Ford Expeditions. I recently moved and took my Cadillac CTS for service. The first time when the engine light came on, I was asked to leave the car which I did. As the day went by I didn't hear back from the service dept o The first time when the engine light came on, I was asked to leave the car which I did. As the day went by I didn't hear back from the service dept or receive any updates. I had to call twice or thrice only to hear that the agent (Joe) dealing with the issue was with another customer. Finally I get a call the following day on the status and they had to keep the car for a day more to replace the radiator which wasn't cheap ($1600). Couple of days ago, I noticed some abruptness in the gear shifting (3.6L v.6) and since these guys did the transmission job last time, figured will go back to them. I should have known better; I was asked to leave the car again and same story all over again. I didnt get any updates and after calling numerous times only to hear that the agent (Joe) was with another customer again, I gave up. Finally I got a call at the end of day stating that they need one more day. This morning again I tried calling with the same result and so I finally gave up and went there and got my car back. I m very very displeased with the service and even more so with the fact that no one was able to give me a straight answer. I am going to also speak to the line manager (Brian) directly in the next few days to report the sort of experience I had to go through. More
