Earl - At no time while you were here at the service center waiting on your vehicle did you speak to the cashier, concierge, service advisor, or any service manager and say that you didn't want an oil change. It wasn't until after we were going over your paperwork did you say that you attempted to call into the service center and couldn't get through. Yes, our phone system was down and it affected one side of Roanoke street with numerous buildings here at our dealership down from internet and phones. Any services that are performed, payment is due at time of pickup.
