I received a call from Chris in the service department and we talked of the problem with the stereo system. I had to trouble shoot the system and found that the power cord ring connector to the aftermarket amplifier had broken off from the car battery connection. The battery had to be disconnected during the repair of the car and the connector broke off. Chris asked if I could come by so he could see the problem. I came the next afternoon and the problem was fixed...a five minute repair. Not only that, but a push connector was missing on the front driver-side wheel well and Chris took car of that for me too. Wonderful customer service! Friendly customer service managers who go the extra mile and also explain repairs in layman's terms. Thanks you for The Motor Mile going the "extra mile".
