I went in to get service done on my 2008 Subaru Forester and walked out with a 2011 Forester - this idea had been in the back of my mind for some time but was in no way due to sales pressure. Kathy Sweeny was the sales representative and I found her to be efficient and forthright; there was no pressure to hurry up and make a decision. I had several questions about the extended warrenty, which she found the answers to and got back to me via email in just a few days.
