Adam is the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with! I tend to buy a new car every year and a half or so. Of all the service centers I have worked with, Cadillac Barrington has been the best. The reason for this has been my experience with Adam Weller. He is consistently communicative and is easy to reach via email or phone. He documents every mile on my car when I leave it for service, and my car is always very clean. He ensures that everything is sent to me via email and seems like he is always available. I have had such a great experience with him on my manual transmission ATS-V, that I ask that only he drive it. In addition, I have started to bring my Land Rover to him as well. I will be purchasing my next vehicle this coming May from Cadillac because of the great service experience that I have had with Adam. More
