We worked with him to narrow down our selection to the Cadillac Escalade ESV and fell in love with it. After some “tough” negotiation, we were able to come to an agreement on the purchase price and trade in value of our vehicle. I would definitely recommend checking them out... especially if you are looking for the added value of a certified vehicle. You can’t go wrong. More

Rouge Dealership We have purchased over 20 cars from Motorwerks for our family since 1997. The Cadillac Dealership sold us a car that they arranged transport for & We have purchased over 20 cars from Motorwerks for our family since 1997. The Cadillac Dealership sold us a car that they arranged transport for & it arrived covered in fluid with the paint bubbling. The Transporter who had a 20 year relationship with the Sales Manager, who arranged for the delivery. it took 9 days to have this vehicle picked up & returned to the Dealer. This Car was a gift to my In laws who hadn’t had a new Car in 12 years. The Sales Manager was less then remorseful over this damaged new Cadillac. His attitude was “Never had this Happen”- “excellent Shipper”. Unfortunately this Vehicle was delivered damaged, & Motorwerks should have immediately had this vehicle removed from the property. In addition the vehicle arrived with NO PAPERWORK. The Car was replaced with another vehicle however the Dealership made us arrange for the Transport- we had no choice at that point but to arrange for a reputable Carrier. The liability for transporting this vehicle was agreed upon & part of the deal. After all Motorwerks sells & buys Cars out of State- this isn’t their first rodeo. To infer it’s the Customers fault or Liability was intolerable. The Dealership should have made “IT RIGHT” from the onset of this delivery. We never received the registration as promised along with the paperwork. The SalesManager sent it to the incorrect address. We still are waiting for reimbursement for fuel which the vehicle was void of, reimbursement for FedX & a Copy of the Vehicle Sticker Sheet. Since the Car was replaced we have no idea how this vehicle is equipped. The Cadillac Showroom is run like a “Rogue State”. Disorganized, Sloppy, & Sales help stating “WE ARE DOING YOU a FAVOR or it’s NOT my JOB”. Having to Persevere on getting the Dealership to do the right thing, make an attempt to be reputable was clearly not a “shoe in”. Motorwerks will attempt to justify this incident but BUYER BEWARE. Can you imagine if this was your experience at Motorwerks - first time buyer”.... As a Customer with having purchased 20+ CARS I would hold your breath. More

After driving for six hours, the dealership was closed. Bill Huessner , and a few more salesmen were still there, and still had no problem showing me the car I wanted, and even let me test drive it. Bill recommend a motel for us, and even a good pizzeria. The following day Frank Fiore who was the original salesman that I spoke with made everything just click. A very smooth and easy transaction ensued. These guys are very easy to work with. Very professional. Although I just received my car, I’m already talking about doing business with them again.I recommend anyone who’s looking to look their way. Great great great selection of vehicles, you will find what you’re looking for. Werks made it work! More
Inspected preowned vehicle questioned Test drove preowned Nissan Altima. Manager claims vehicle inspected. No oil found on dip stick when checked. I’ll let you determine whether the car was really inspected. Manager pompous and refused to negotiate on pricing. Purchased a preowned Cadilac a few years ago from same dealer. Within 1 month, $1,500 repairs were incurred and manager refused to pay for any repairs. More
