I would like to recognize Paul Shamoun, Service Advisor for Honda at Motor Werks. I was fortunate enough to draw Paul two times in a row now for regular maintenance for my 2019 CR-V. Both times Paul was cordial, polite and willing to help. Paul is super friendly, upbeat and gave off that “we’ll make it happen” vibe. I explained that I was in a hurry and he promised to do everything he could to make that happen. He totally delivered – what should have been a 90+ minute wait turned out to be just shy of an hour. The sale went quickly and without any issues. I am happy with the car I purchased.
