I made an appointment to test drive a Honda at Motor Werks where I met Lucas. The car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived, and Lucas patiently answered all my questions and provided real-time information about the car during the test drive. After the test drive, he seemed interested in me and my needs. Lucas worked with me to agree on an acceptable price for my trade-in, helped finalize the accessory list and offered practical reasons for purchasing optional coverage deals.
