I made an appointment to test drive a Honda at Motor Werks where I met Lucas. I did not tell him how I had been dreading car shopping because, in the past, I had dealt with pushy salespeople who didn’t Werks where I met Lucas. So, this time, I prepared by researching the car and selecting the accessories I wanted; I also printed out offers of the car I was going to trade in. Even though the preparation helped me throughout the car-buying process, working with Lucas made everything so much easier. The car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived, and Lucas patiently answered all my questions and provided real-time information about the car during the test drive. After the test drive, he seemed interested in me and my needs. Lucas worked with me to agree on an acceptable price for my trade-in, helped finalize the accessory list and offered practical reasons for purchasing optional coverage deals. Lastly, after learning about the additional perks of buying from Motor Werks, I decided to buy the car. More
