And if all that wasn't wonderful enough, he was beyond kind and considerate to my children. There was no pressure , as in past experience with other dealers/salespersons, to purchase a vehicle on that day, Jim allowed us to discuss our options with each other and then return with our decision. Jim is extremely friendly an professional, but , must of all he listens to his customers concerns , wants , and desires in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle.
